windows vista is a really good window.it is advanced. it is a popular window. Windows Vista is a line of operating systems developed by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, and media center PCs. Prior to its announcement on July 22, 2005, Windows Vista was known by its codename Longhorn. Development was completed on November 8, 2006; over the following three months it was released in stages to computer hardware and software manufacturers, business customers, and retail channels. On January 30, 2007, it was released worldwide, and was made available for purchase and download from Microsoft's website. Cleanliness is the first and most Important aspect of proper contact lens care. Estavlish a routine of good hygiene for handling your lenses.
Always wash your hands throughly with a mild soap, rinse carefully and dry before touching your lenses.
Do not use oily cosmetics, soaps containg cold cream, lotions or creams before handling your lenses. It is vest to insert your lenses before putting on make-up.
Always follow the instructions in this leaflet and any advice given to you by your Eye Care Practitioner for the correct handling, insertion, removal, cleaning, disinfecting, storing and use of your lenses.
INSERTION OF LENS CORRECTLY
WRONG
Close nearby drains.
Pour the right lens and storage solution from the case into your palm. (It is a good idea to get in the habit of always working with the right lens first to avoid mix-ups).
Make sure your fingers are clean and dry. (Dry fingers facilitate the handling since soft contact leneses tend to stick to wet fingers.)
Place the right lens on the tip of your index finger.
Using the middle finger of your other hand, pull and hold your upper lid so you cannot blink.
Pull down your lower eyelid, using the middle finger of your inserting hand.
Look up and place the lens gently on the lower white part of your eye.
Look down to position the lens correctly.
Slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment.
Blink several times to centre the lens on your eye.
Sometimes, small dust particles trapped behind the lens during its placement can cause discomfort. To remove dust, slide the lens off and then back onto your cornea.
Insert left lens following the same procedure.

Close your eyelids and gently massage the lens into place through the closed lid.
Or, Gently manipulate the off-centered lens onto the middle of your eye while the eye is opened, using finger pressure on the edge of the upper or lower lid.
BUT
If your vision is blurred after inserting the lens, check for the following,
The lens may not be centered on the eye.
If the lens is in the correct position, remove it and look for the following;a. Cosmetics or oils on the lens. remove it and wear again.b. The lens may be on the wrong eye.c. The lens may be inside out, which would also make it less comfortable than normal.
